Return Policy
AtreusClothing.com accepts returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt and the tags attached as long as it is unworn, unwashed, or defective. Need a different color, size or style? We’ve got you covered, just exchange it! Returns are refunded in the original form of payment; however shipping is non-refundable. All sales are final on undergarments.

Return or Exchange by Mail
Complete the Return/Exchange Form included in your original shipment and if possible, return the item(s) in the original packaging. When you have an exchange, make sure you specify the replacement items including the style number, color, and size of your choice. Please send your return or exchanges to:

Refunds and exchanges are processed upon arrival. Atreus will pay to ship exchanged items to you. Refunds are given for the price indicated on original receipt.  Credit for the return or exchanged items will be given on the original credit card only.

Returns without a Receipt
If you have lost or misplaced your receipt, don’t fret. We can exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value.

Gift Returns
If you received a gift that you need to return, please contact us at sales@atreusclothing.com. Gift items can be exchanged or returned for Atreus Clothing credit.
